4. Froart Products
4.1. Characteristics of Froart jewellery
Some of the jewellery offered in the Store is handmade in our workshop. Information about the manufacturer of a particular Product is provided on its Product page.
Froart jewellery is handmade and may contain natural gemstones, including precious and semi-precious stones. As a result, individual pieces may have:
- natural inclusions, including tiny fractures or air bubbles;
- differences in colour, saturation or clarity;
- subtle variations resulting from the handmade production process.
These characteristics do not constitute a lack of conformity of the Product with the Contract, provided that they are consistent with the Product description presented before purchase.
We make every effort to ensure that the Store contains accurate Product descriptions, photographs, specifications and availability information.
Minor differences in colour, appearance or proportions may result from lighting conditions, the way a photograph was taken or the settings of your device or screen.
4.2. Metal fineness and assay marks
Our jewellery is made of 585 (14K) gold and 925 silver.
Jewellery is marked with an official assay mark where this is required under Polish Assay Law.
4.3. Product safety
Our jewellery is nickel-free. Some jewellery items contain small parts or components that may pose a risk to small children.
Full safety and manufacturer information is available on our Product Safety (GPSR) page.
4.4. Types of Products
Ready-to-ship jewellery
These Products are in stock and are dispatched within 1–3 Business Days.
Jewellery requiring modification
These Products are modified at your request. Available modifications include:
- Ring resizing. We can resize selected ring models. Gold rings can be increased or reduced by up to two sizes, and silver rings by up to four sizes. Information about available sizes and whether a particular ring can be modified is provided on the Product page.
- Shortening a chain or bracelet. Gold and silver chains and chain bracelets can be shortened where their construction allows it. Available lengths and modification options are provided on the relevant Product page.
Products requiring standard modifications are usually dispatched within 10 Business Days.
Made-to-order Products
Some Products from our collection can be made to your special order according to your specified requirements. If a particular jewellery design can be created as a special order, this information will be provided on the Product page.
Such Orders are prepared and dispatched within up to 30 Business Days.
A Product made according to your individual requirements is not subject to the statutory Right of Withdrawal. We will clearly inform you of this before you place your Order.
5. Placing Orders and conclusion of the sales Contract
5.1. How to place an Order
To place an Order, add the selected Product to your cart, provide the information needed to process the Order, choose your delivery and payment method, and check the total price and Order summary.
Finally, confirm your Order. By doing so, you also confirm that the Order involves an obligation to pay.
5.2. Order confirmation and conclusion of the Contract
After you place an Order, we will send you an Order confirmation email. The Contract is concluded when we send this email.
The email contains a summary of your Order and a link to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders are paid in advance, and we begin processing them once the payment has been received and recorded.
5.3. Product availability and exceptional situations
We make every effort to ensure that Product availability, descriptions and prices are accurate and up to date.
However, in the case of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind jewellery, a Product may be sold in our physical store before its online availability has been updated.
Technical errors or obvious pricing errors may also occasionally occur in the Store, for example PLN 10 instead of PLN 1,000.
If we identify an obvious error in the price or description of a Product, we will contact you to clarify the situation. If the error is clearly obvious and this is supported by the circumstances of the Order, we may refuse to process the Order in accordance with applicable law.
If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid.

We carefully pack and secure every Order for transport.
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, you may report this to the carrier or contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.
Failure to inspect the shipment or prepare a damage report does not affect your statutory rights.
We are responsible for the Product until it is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you other than the carrier, to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
8.1. How to exercise your Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Contract:
- by completing the withdrawal form, also available in the Store footer under the “Policies” section. You do not need a Customer Account. The link to the form is also included in the Order confirmation email;

When submitting your withdrawal statement by email, please provide the Order number you are withdrawing from and the name of the Product you wish to return. This will help us identify your Order.
If you submit your withdrawal statement using the online form, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
8.2. Returning the Product
After submitting your withdrawal statement, you must send the Product back to us no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Once we confirm your withdrawal, we will send you shipping instructions, including a return label where applicable.
Return address:
FROART JUBILER
ul. Gołębia 10
31-007 Kraków
Poland
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or delivered to a Parcel Locker, collection point or any location other than the return address stated above.
You are responsible for the Product until we receive it.
Original tags, seals and packaging are not legally required for a return to be valid. However, where possible, please leave the original tags or seals attached and return the Product in its original packaging. This will help us identify and inspect the Product and process your return efficiently.
8.3. Reduction in the value of a returned Product
You have the right to inspect the jewellery and check its nature and conformity with the Contract to the extent that you could reasonably do so in a physical store.
If the jewellery shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any resulting reduction in value.
Any reduction in the refund will be limited to the actual decrease in the value of the Product.
8.4. Products not eligible for return
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to a special order according to your individual requirements, as described in section 4.4 of these Terms & Conditions.
If the Product does not conform to the specifications you provided, for example because the size is incorrect, please contact us before returning it.
We will try to adjust the jewellery to meet your expectations within the available modification options.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the Product is not in conformity with the Contract.
8.5. Refunds
We will refund the price of the jewellery covered by your withdrawal, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available for your Order.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back.
Returns are free: we cover the cost of sending the Product back to us when you withdraw from the Contract.
8.6. Product exchanges
Returned Products cannot be exchanged.
If you would like to receive a different Product, you may withdraw from the Contract and place a new Order.
9. Complaints and your statutory rights
9.1. Your statutory rights
If the Product you receive is not in conformity with the Contract, you have the rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.
We are responsible for a lack of conformity of the Product with the Contract if the lack of conformity existed at the time the Product was delivered and became apparent within 2 years of delivery.
As a general rule, a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the nature of the Product or the lack of conformity indicates otherwise or the contrary is proven.
Your options:
If the Product is not in conformity with the Contract, you may choose repair or replacement of the jewellery.
If the option you choose is impossible or would require us to incur excessive costs, we may use the other option described above.
In certain situations, you may also request a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract. This includes situations where:
- we refuse to repair or replace the jewellery;
- we do not repair or replace the jewellery within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you;
- we attempt to repair or replace the Product, but it remains non-conforming.
If the lack of conformity is substantial, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract without first requesting repair or replacement.
If you withdraw from the Contract because the Product is not in conformity with the Contract, we will refund the amount you paid in accordance with applicable law.
