Withdrawal statement

Complete the form below to withdraw from the contract. Personalised jewellery is not eligible, and exchanges are not available.

Key information:
  • Send the jewellery within 14 days of this statement using any standard courier to ul. Gołębia 10, 31-007 Kraków. We do not accept COD shipments, parcel lockers, pickup points, or in-store drop-off.
  • Return the jewellery with its packaging and the certificate if it was provided. Lack of tags or packaging alone doesn't affect your right of withdrawal — but handling beyond what's needed to inspect the item may reduce the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the payment method used at checkout, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your statement. We may withhold reimbursement until the product arrives or you provide proof of shipment.
  • The refund covers the product price and the lowest delivery option we offered at checkout, as required by law.
