Protect your jewelry from impact and pressure
Take off your jewelry before sports, housework, gardening, and before sleep, when it's easiest to bend or scratch a piece without noticing. Handle your jewelry carefully when putting it on or taking it off. Check clasps and settings regularly, since a sudden impact can loosen them.
Keep jewelry away from cosmetics and chemicals
Perfume, cosmetics, creams, hairspray, and cleaning products can cause discoloration or stains over time. Remove jewelry before showering, bathing, or swimming in the sea or a pool.
Store each piece separately
Store jewelry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and dust. A soft box with compartments or a pouch is the best way to store jewelry.
Clean gently and regularly
Use a soft microfiber cloth for everyday care. For heavier grime, you can soak jewelry in warm water with a mild soap, then dry it with a soft cloth.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage more delicate stones.
Caring for silver jewelry
Silver tarnishes more easily and develops a dark film when exposed to air. keep jewelry in a dry, dark place in a suitable box or pouch. Avoid contact with water and moisture. A dedicated silver cleaning cloth or solution works well for cleaning.

We will confirm sizing and timing by email. Resizing usually takes up to 10 days after approval.

Condition
You may handle and inspect the item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If possible, return it with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase — lack of packaging or tags alone does not deprive you of the right of withdrawal.

- Or submit a return request from order history in your customer panel. Use Go to order history.
- Alternatively, email your withdrawal statement to request@froart.pl with your order number, identifying details, and the products concerned. A template is on the Delivery & returns page.

Free return shipping when you withdraw from your purchase — we send return instructions after your withdrawal is confirmed. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns, parcel lockers, or in-store drop-offs.
Refund
We reimburse without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or proof of shipment. We refund the product price and the cheapest delivery option we offered, using your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or modified at your individual request after purchase where the statutory exclusion applies (e.g. bespoke design, individual engraving, stone or metal change). We may reduce the refund if the product's value is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
